Our Approach

Every client engagement begins with listening. We take the time to understand your situation, your goals, and what a successful outcome looks like for you — not just legally, but practically. From there, we develop a strategy tailored to your specific circumstances, communicate clearly throughout the process, and deliver results that build long-term relationships.

Honest advice, even when it isn't what you hoped to hear, and transparent fees from the start.

Founding Attorney

Michael K. Green

Founding Attorney

Michael Green brings a rare combination of public-sector, private-practice, and in-house experience to every client he serves.

He spent nearly seven years as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Utah, where he advised the Governor's Office of Energy Development and the State Treasurer, and negotiated, drafted, or reviewed more than 500 government contracts. He also won two cases before the Utah Court of Appeals on behalf of the State Treasurer.

In private practice at Cowdell & Woolley, P.C., he handled complex litigation from discovery through post-trial motions, advised clients on procurement, contracting, ethics, and administrative matters, and served as a conflict prosecutor for Salt Lake County and Moab City.

Most recently he served as Senior Corporate Counsel for Zeo Energy Company, a solar company, where he led contract negotiations, managed litigation, and worked with state and federal regulators on energy policy.

Michael serves as a Major and Judge Advocate (JAG) in the Utah Army National Guard. He has been a Draper City Councilmember since 2018, including a term as Mayor Pro Tem in 2024.
